Design Estimates

 

Now offering design package estimates: $40 deposit is required at booking. Design estimate process: In-person onsite meeting. When the design and estimate are ready homeowner is notified and the remaining balance is due before the design, design rights, and estimate are sent. 5-7 business day time frame. If you move forward with the project the estimate fee/design fee will be credited back on the final invoice. *Must meet minimum project cost of $4,000 for design fee credit

Full Design Package $400

 

Full lot aerial design with one large professional print copy (by request only), list of plants and trees (if applicable) and design rights.

Half Aerial Package $250

Half lot aerial view, with list of plants and trees (if applicable) and design rights.
